PHBC offers immediate occupation upon signing a licence, subject to one month's rent in advance and one quarter's returnable deposit.
We are prepared to grant flexible licences to suit individual requirements (with the minimum period of occupation being six months). Consideration will
be given to granting leases
on terms by arrangement.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dogs on the premises, even out of hours.
